Services:
 

1.     The Client agrees to supply Admin South with all details and documentation required to carry

        out work for, and on their behalf.

1.1   Admin South agrees to return all documentation to the Client.

1.2   E-copies of Client's assignments will be stored for 6 months.  Back copies will be

        available during this period, thereafter Client assignments / documentation will be deleted.

1.3   Admin South will only retain hard-copy documentation for the duration of the assignment.

1.4   Admin South agrees not to disclose any details or information pertaining to the work carried

        out, to any 3rd party without the Client's permission. 

1.5   Admin South will issue a quotation, unless verbally agreed, and booking form to the

        Client upon assignment request.

1.6   The booking form must be signed and returned to Admin South, by the Client, or an

        authorised person representing the Client, prior to commencement of the assignment.

1.7   The Client is responsible for final proofing.

1.8   Admin South will not be liable for any losses incurred by any 3rd party provider (e.g. Royal

        Mail, Couriers etc.). 

 

Rates & Charges:

 
2.     A minimum service fee of £20 will be charged for the first hour, thereafter at 15 minute
        increments.
2.1   Stationery is included in the price, unless otherwise stated.  Telephone calls, courier, postage
        and packing will be charged at cost.
2.2   Office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.  Out of hours service, including Bank Holidays
        and weekends, will be charged at £40 per hour.
2.3   Re-work - significant changes, requested by the Client, will be charged at £20 per hour and 15
        minute increments. 
2.4   There will be no charge for minor re-work, sent within 24 hours.
2.5   Work carried out, at client's office, offsite etc. will incur travel costs.
 
Payment
 
3.     Full payment is due to Admin South within 7 days of invoice.
3.1   All payments must be £ sterling.
3.2   Overdue payment will be subject to a weekly 3%, over current base-rate, interest charge.
3.3   Interest will be incurred from the first overdue date of invoice.
 
Data Protection:
 
4.     Admin South adheres to the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 and its eight principles.
4.1   Admin South anticipates that Clients will also adhere to the DPA and its eight principles.
4.2   Admin South will retain the Client's business address and contact details for their records. 
 
Cancellation Policy
 
5.     Ad hoc work (one-off assignments):
  •  No fee will be charged where 24 hours cancellation notice has been provided.
  •  Full payment, at the rate of £20 per hour, will be required where no cancellation notice
         
    has been provided.

5.1   Contract work (regular assignments):

  •  No fee will be charged where 48 hours cancellation notice has been provided.
  •  Full payment, at the rate of £20 per hour, will be required where no cancellation notice has
         
    been provided.

5.2    Agreed term cancellation:

  •  Cancelling an assignment, before the assignment has run its agreed period of time, will
         
    incur costs.  E.g. if an assignment has been agreed to run for six months, and the client
         wishes to cancel after five months, the client will be charged for the sixth months as per
         the agreement between Client and Admin South.

 

Complaints
 
6.     Full details of the complaint must be sent in writing to Admin South, by email or letter.
6.1   Admin South will endeavour to settle the complaint amicably, and refund payment were Admin
       South has clearly not carried out the Client's request.
